Today was a full day of hiking.
We met up with Miguel and went hiking in El Bosque Nuboso Monteverde.
After a nice long hike we had a quick visit with the hummingbirds
A stop at La Colina to visit Nancy.

We finished the day with Monday yoga with Katy at l'Escuela de Los Amigos.
